📋 Core Partner Selection Criteria

Budget constraint — €500K max limits consortium to 6 core partners + associates

Geographic balance — At least 3 EU countries required, diversity prioritized

EU grant track record — Previous Creative Europe, Erasmus+, or H2020 experience

WP leadership capacity — Able to lead a Work Package with dedicated resources
5
Skill complementarity — Unique expertise not duplicated by other partners
6
Co-financing capacity — 30% in-kind contribution required from each partner
Partners not meeting all criteria may participate as associated partners (letters of support, dissemination, pilots) without budget allocation.
